Mark Panneton, DDS

Dr. Mark Panneton graduated from Creighton University Dental School in 1987. He later completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Creighton University with a primary focus on oral surgery. For over 25 years, Dr. Panneton has practiced dentistry in the Sarpy County area and undergone extensive training in orthodontics, dental implants, and reconstructive dentistry.

Dr. Panneton is a strong believer that dental care isn’t expensive, neglect is. That’s why he’s dedicated to finding the most practical solutions to problems that affect the overall systemic health of his patients. Dr. Panneton established Panneton Dental Group with a patient-centered approach and an emphasis on aesthetics and reconstruction.

At his practice, Dr. Panneton uses sedation dentistry as an effective tool to fully construct a patient’s mouth in just two visits. Working alongside oral and plastic surgeons, Dr. Panneton has treated numerous patients involved in traumatic injuries and helped them achieve optimal dental health.

In his free time, Dr. Panneton enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Nicole, and his four children, Lindsey, Derek, Cooper, and Ava.

Baylor DeVries, DDS

Dr. Baylor DeVries is a skilled and compassionate dentist from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC), where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive dental care and a passion for helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.



Dr. DeVries is committed to providing personalized, high-quality dental treatment in a comfortable and welcoming environment. When she’s not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, Traveling, and staying active in the community. She also loves keeping up with the latest trends in dental technology to bring fresh, modern care for the practice.

Venkata Revuru, DDS

Dr. Revuru is a dedicated and compassionate dentist committed to delivering the highest standard of care while helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral and overall health. She believes dentistry goes beyond treating individual teeth and takes a comprehensive, patient-centered approach that recognizes the vital connection between oral health and systemic well-being. Passionate about patient education, Dr. Revuru takes time to explain preventive care and proper oral hygiene, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their dental health. She prioritizes creating a comfortable, positive experience by clearly explaining each step of treatment, providing reassurance, and striving to deliver gentle, pain-free care—especially for patients with dental anxiety. Building trust through open communication and individualized treatment planning is central to her philosophy, allowing her to form long-term relationships and provide exceptional, lifelong dental care.



Dr. Revuru earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry (IUPUI) in Indianapolis and her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Vivekanandha Dental College for Women in Tamil Nadu, India. She is an Invisalign Certified Provider and an active member of the American Dental Association.

Outside the office, Dr. Revuru enjoys spending quality time with her two young boys. As a family, they love cooking and baking together, biking, hiking, and traveling to different countries to explore new cultures and cuisines.

David Tartaglia, DDS

Since opening Generations Dental in January 2017, Dr. David Tartaglia has been dedicated to serving the Boone County community and its surrounding areas with exceptional dental care.

Dr. Tartaglia’s journey in healthcare began at the age of 15, driven by a deep passion for science and a commitment to positively impacting people’s lives. He earned both his undergraduate and dental degrees from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Further honing his skills, he completed a surgical internship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Certified by the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, Dr. Tartaglia holds surgical privileges and serves as a consultant for several esteemed healthcare institutions, including Mercy Health Systems Javon Bea Hospital, OSF St. Anthony Medical Center, and UW Health Swedish American Hospital.

He believes in a comprehensive approach to dental care, tailoring treatment options to meet each patient’s unique needs. He aims to achieve and maintain optimal oral health by considering both the functional and aesthetic aspects of dental care. This philosophy allows him to develop long-term plans that ensure the health and longevity of our patients’ teeth.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Tartaglia enjoys staying active through golfing and working out. He is passionate about playing the guitar, attending concerts, traveling, and spending quality time with his family
