Mark Panneton, DDS
Dr. Mark Panneton graduated from Creighton University Dental School in 1987. He later completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Creighton University with a primary focus on oral surgery. For over 25 years, Dr. Panneton has practiced dentistry in the Sarpy County area and undergone extensive training in orthodontics, dental implants, and reconstructive dentistry.
Dr. Panneton is a strong believer that dental care isn’t expensive, neglect is. That’s why he’s dedicated to finding the most practical solutions to problems that affect the overall systemic health of his patients. Dr. Panneton established Panneton Dental Group with a patient-centered approach and an emphasis on aesthetics and reconstruction.
At his practice, Dr. Panneton uses sedation dentistry as an effective tool to fully construct a patient’s mouth in just two visits. Working alongside oral and plastic surgeons, Dr. Panneton has treated numerous patients involved in traumatic injuries and helped them achieve optimal dental health.
In his free time, Dr. Panneton enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Nicole, and his four children, Lindsey, Derek, Cooper, and Ava.
Sydney Burianek, DDS
Dr. Sydney Burianek grew up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and UNMC College of Dentistry in 2021. Her aspirations to become a dentist began at the young age of six.
Dr. Burianek excelled in gymnastics, track, academics, and most importantly, developing relationships with people of all backgrounds, cultures, and abilities. She’s been on several mission trips around the world including Peru and Jamaica and looks forward to many others.
Her compassion, empathy, and attention to detail allow her to create personalized treatment plans for each patient and achieve their desired results. She loves to help transform patients’ smiles as well as change their lives. Dr. Burianek brings talent and warmth to our Omaha & La Vista practices. She’s excited to expand her knowledge on sedation dentistry and dental implants by continuing education courses and collaborating with Dr. Panneton.
Dr. Burianek happily lives in Omaha with her husband, Nick, and their two dogs, Dexter and Thor. She’s a self-proclaimed “foodie” and has been to over 600 restaurants. Dr. Burianek loves to travel, attend Husker and Creighton athletic events, and spend quality time with family and friends.
Rachel Singer, DDS
Dr. Rachel Singer graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2022. She enjoys dentistry because she can build long lasting relationships with patients and improve a patient’s quality of life and confidence. She also enjoys the blend of art and science to achieve goals in esthetics and function with the patient’s involvement in their oral health.
She is Invisalign certified and was involved with the Oral Health Improvement through Outreach Project, where she learned many skills to help care for patients all around her home state.
Dr. Singer enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their dog, Louis. She also loves to cook, trying out new restaurants and traveling.
I have lots of problems with my teeth since I was young. With all the cavities and then a jaw injury that made it so only 6% of my teeth connected for chewing I was in pain for years. Five years ago I finally had dental insurance, a co-worker referred Dr. Panneton and told me about the work he did. I went in and he said he could fix my teeth that were breaking apart and outlined a plan to restore my bite and correct the jaw muscles so I could enjoy eating, singing, and laughing again. He takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to make sure it’s the best!

As someone who has experienced a few other dentists who nickel and dime you to death, I cannot speak more highly of Panneton Dental. My regular dentist, Dr. Casey Sexton, is amazing beyond words. She is kind, genuine, honest and trustworthy. Her diagnoses with any troubles my husband and I are having are always accurate and solutions always fit our budget.
While Dr. Sexton was out on maternity leave, I was assigned with Dr. Mark Panneton. Again, talk about an amazing experience! He understood the issue at hand and went above and beyond to help fix it – never making me feel like I was going through a procedure just to fill the pockets of the company. Dr. Panneton is also kind, genuine, honest and trustworthy. They both just have wonderful personalities that make you want to get to know them better.
Did I mention the staff? Wow! They not only go out of their way to get your appointment made so it’s convenient to you, but also welcome you like you’re walking into their home. What an amazing feeling when it can sometimes be unnerving going to the dentist.
I would recommend either of these two doctors to anyone looking for a dentist; they put the patients needs above their own every time. My husband is a patient, I’m a patient, when we have kids they will be patients and I will continue recommending them to other family and friends searching. You cannot go wrong with these dentists!!

We have been patients of Dr.Panneton for about 12 years. Since we are in our “golden years” we often have new dental issues. He has always been thorough, proactive and helpful. He, Dr.Sexton and their staff go above and beyond in taking care of their patients. Kudos to Jessica who sees us frequently for maintenance and always helpful in keeping our pearly whites sparkling!

My visit was amazing! Haven’t been to the dentist in years, and I needed an urgent visit due to pain. They worked me right in and addressed the issue, and explained everything fully. It’s obvious that they care about their patients rather than nickel-and-diming people until they’re broke. I’ll definitely be sticking around with this practice, and I recommend it to anyone seeking an awesome dentist with a wonderful staff!
